| SPIDER is a very light weight metal rim clincher wheel for road racing and fast riding. Pictured above is the standard accessible spoke nipple configuration which allows easy access for spoke tensioning. Almost every spoke count configuration is also available in an aero version (pictured below) with hidden spoke nipples buried in the rim. Hidden spoke nipples decrease spoke related drag more than 60%. This option trades enhanced aero properties for reduced access to nipples for spoke tensioning. back to Spider, or back to rims. |
