Please note that, in our efforts to conserve resources, our phone numbers have changed.  Since our fire and reduction in staff size, we are also not as responsive as we have been in the past.  Our preferred solicitation is via e-mail.  We no longer accept faxes.  

If you need to ship to Nimble, please contact us for instructions.  Our previous Fitzhugh road address burned and is no longer valid.  Since our physical circumstances may shift unpredictably, we need to track each inbound package.

Phone Hours and  Phone Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, USA Central Time, weekdays Monday through Friday (GMT Minus 6:00). Mornings after 10:00 am central time have the greatest chance of connecting.  Please give us a call or leave a message for a return call.

International customers may e-mail us a telephone number, and suggested time of day; we are happy to make the call.
Shipping Days Our standard shipping days are Tuesday through Friday.  If you have an urgent shipment ask us, we can often accommodate special requests.
24 Hour Options Web site, voice mail, e-mail and fax are operational 24 hours a day.
To Order Call, e-mail or fax an order.  Call us to order by telephone during the hours listed above.  You can also contact us to arrange an alternative time, provide your phone number, or other means of reaching you, or work with us via e-mail (product@nimble.net) or Fax.

We currently have very limited items to sell.  We encourage a phone dialog to help service any of the more than 200 wheel configurations we have shipped.  Also see rider weight limits.

To purchase via e-mail we need: 

1) specific items ordered
2) ship to name
3) ship to address
4) ship to phone number
5) name as shown on credit card
6) credit card number
7) credit card expiration date
8) If Visa/MasterCard: 3 digit security # on back of card
9) credit card billing address
10) card holder phone number(s)
11) any special shipping handling instructions (i.e. leave on porch, sending to hotel, shop opens at 10:00 AM etc.)

Shipping Rates We ship via FEDEX for both domestic USA and international shipments.  We also ship using USPS.  You can estimate our shipping rates, but these change often:  Shipping. Special shipping and import duties may be needed for orders outside the Continental USA. Tracking information for purchases in transit is available on request.
Service Commitment We will try to help anyone who owns our product however they acquired it.  We have limited parts and products since our fire.  We have ample information and good intentions.
